Shipping & Delivery
Most orders will be dispatched within 24-48 hours (Monday to Friday excluding public holidays) following the receipt of payment. If for some reason we are unable to make this time frame we will contact you via the email address you have provided. From time of dispatch delivery can take anywhere between 1- 5 days depending on your location.
It is imperative that during the order process you enter the correct delivery address. If there is any client error in the address specified, re-delivery to the correct address will incur an additional delivery charge. It is your responsibility to promptly advise us if an order is not delivered when expected. We will then contact the Courier Company for clarification and arrange for prompt delivery. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from a late or missing delivery. A late delivery does not constitute reasonable means to cancel an order.
Shipping and delivery charges do not include any applicable importation charges, taxes and duties by customs in the country where the order is to be delivered if that country is a country other than New Zealand. You are responsible for all such taxes and duties.
We may occasionally provide special offers and promotions waiving delivery charges in certain circumstances. We reserve the right to vary, cancel or extend special offers and promotions regarding delivery charges.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to have the best online shopping experience so if you have any problems with your order please contact us straight away via email.
If the goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy. We do not provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase so please choose carefully.
If your goods are faulty or damaged, email email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Replacement items are subject to availability, and if we do not have that particular item stocked we will keep you informed as to when delivery will be made. With your replacement product you will also receive a paid return courier bag to send back the faulty or damaged item. Please ensure all damaged goods are returned in their original and unused condition, with their original packing within 7 days of receiving the return courier bag.
For any returns outside faulty or damaged goods you are responsible for your own shipping costs and shipping costs are non-refundable.
